What shipping method do you use? 

We will use Priority Mail at the Post Office for smaller, residential packages. We use UPS ground for all other commercial shipments in the 48 states.  Shipping costs are not included in listed prices, but are added at the end on the order form. You can always contact us for a shipping quote.  Because our business is Australian based, Sales Tax will not be charged in the USA. 
 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal through our secure merchant gateway.  

What is your Refund and Return Policy? 

Notification to us by email or phone, to request a refund or return, must be made before goods are returned. No refunds or returns will be authorized after 14 days of shipping of the product.  Any non-defective merchandise returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

What if our item is broken during shipping?

All deliveries should be inspected immediately when shipment arrives. We will replace items that are reported immediately but we will not be responsible for broken items reported more than 14 days after the shipping date.  

What is your policy regarding cancellation of an order? 

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email customersupport@glassholidayornaments.com to cancel an order.
