We will use Priority
Mail at the Post Office for smaller, residential packages. We use UPS ground
for all other larger shipments in the 48 States. Shipping costs are
not included in listed prices, but are added at the end on the order form.
Shipping costs are determined based on the number of items to be
shipped:-
· Each finial counts as two items due to its size/ height.
· Glass ornaments that are sold as a pair count as one item.
· Single glass ornaments count as one item.
· Smokers count as one item.
· Tea light candle holders count as one item.
In order to simplify
shipping cost calculations, we have decided to charge $9.45 to ship one
ornament. Each additional piece will add $1.50.
In
the case of large orders, shipment may be made by UPS. In that case, an email
will be sent indicating the actual shipping and handling costs. Usually,
UPS is less expensive than Priority Mail by USPS when the package reaches a
large size box.
Blown glass ornaments are wrapped in bubble wrap, placed into
USPS priority rate boxes and spaces filled with Styrofoam shipping peanuts.
All shipments must be opened and inspected upon delivery. We are
not responsible for damages reported 12 days or more after the ship date.
SALES TAX
Because our business is Australian based, Sales Tax will not be
charged in the USA.
BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have
placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and
find the best resolution for the order.
RETURNS
OR REFUNDS
Notification to us by email or phone, to request a refund or
return, must be made before goods are returned. No refunds or returns will be
authorized after 14 days of shipping of the product. Any non-defective
merchandise returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an
order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping,
handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our
